 DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our parcel service will take all reasonable care to deliver your shipment to the address you provide. However, we will not accept liability for lost orders as a result of incorrect address entry. Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including 1st line of address, house or apartment number and postcode to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Your shipping address must be in United Kingdom. Please note, we currently don’t ship to Channel Islands and Isle of Man. For more information, please contact customer care.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to Freight Forwarders
  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order
  • For Express Delivery, there are certain postcode areas where shipping timings are slightly extended to three to five working days. The affected areas are:

BT, IM, JE, KW, PA60 – 78, PH30, PH41 – 44, ZE2 – 3

Any times or dates stated on our Site for delivery are estimates only.  Laura Mercier will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

Please note our delivery partner Evri delivers orders on no signature required basis. If the recipient is not present at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the correct location and Proof of Delivery will be provided to confirm successful delivery.

Alternatively, the consumers have the option to divert delivery to the Parcelshop, neighbour or a safe place to ensure safe delivery.  For more information please refer to Evri website.


We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from lauramercier.co.uk that do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is still in its original condition. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges. When sending us your item/s, please keep a ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot accept liability for missing returns. 

Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item/s returned. The original shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund amount (unless the item is faulty). 


Sets and Kits

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit in a saleable condition. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for a refund.

Only items purchased on lauramercier.co.uk will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorised retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
