With a background in Fashion Design, Karl has carved his career with creative flair and a talent for technique. Learning the tricks of the trade backstage at Fashion Week, designing makeup for West End shows and creating red-carpet makeup looks for BAFTA, Olivier Awards and more, he soon found his passion for teaching talent and driving artistic ability. Karl leads the Education and Artistry department for the UK and Ireland and has practised with Laura Mercier herself; understanding and developing the techniques that made her and her brand famous.

Jessica was immersed into the world of beauty from a young age as her father worked in the industry, being constantly surrounded by creativity and beauty products. Ever since then she has been obsessed with the art of makeup and its confidence increasing power. Her main goal is to teach her clients how to embrace and enhance their individual beauty in a chic and effortless way, making her clients feel great about themselves, inside and out. Jessica's signature look is dewy, flawless & glowing skin with a flash of colour on the lips.

El Said has had a close affiliation to the Laura Mercier brand since he was very young. Growing up, his mother had a special connection to Laura’s products and as he entered the artistry world, he found himself identifying with Laura’s natural makeup aesthetic and her well-known beauty philosophy, what makes you unique makes you beautiful. El Said uses his ability to bring out the best in every person that he touches by focusing on their individual beauty without changing who they are. He loves to use Laura’s legendary products to add a dewy glow to skin, a perfectly defined brow and a bold statement lip.

Emma's makeup aesthetic has a natural simplicity to it, where skin looks real and products enhance features with a distinctive artistic approach. Her signature look spotlights a luminous complexion with a deep and smouldering smoky eye. Emma's work has been admired by industry greats, such as Andrew Gallimore, and she contributes to the how-to beauty section of several on line publi­cations, bringing her beauty tips to a broader audience.
