Usage

Swirl a dense face brush (Real Flawless Foundation Brush) or sponge all over pan to warm up product before applying. Nice sheer coverage!
I think this product would be applied best with a sponge or foundation brush, but I have been using my fingers. I smear a fingers worth twice on my forehead and cheeks, then only once on my nose and chin, and it gives the perfect sheer coverage for me. Just enough to even my skin tone without feeling heavy. It's not cakey at all and lasts for about 6 hours with no setting powder, then I start to look a little oily, but the coverage stays for about 10 hours total. If I add setting powder it lasts all day with no touch ups needed! I love it!

Product great, amount terrible
The balm/cream is awesome, but the amount of product you get for the price is a bit ridiculous. Lasts maybe two weeks, and then towards the end it’s all crumbling and you are scraping pieces. On top of that you are left with a big plastic/mirror container every time that is not recyclable. I buy it only on sale and actively looking for replacement. Get me more in a less bulky container and I’ll be hooked forever. Perhaps refills would be a way?

Not sure what this actually does for me.
I researched this product, and was so encouraged by all the favorable videos submitted by happy customers. But on me? Honestly, I can’t even tell it’s there. And not in a “no makeup” makeup way. It doesn’t seem to change the appearance of my face at all, no matter how much I layer it on, and no matter what tool I use to apply it. Perhaps it’s better for people with more uneven pigmentation? Not for me, overall. Money wasted, as much as I hate to say it.

so light!
I just sent a link to this product to a few girlfriends after using it for the last week and asked, what do I do with the foundation I'm no longer going to use? This is so lightweight and provides just enough coverage to "blur" as the name says. As a 50+ woman living in a mountain environment at 5K' elevation, I don't need or want to have a thick foundation but rather light coverage. Equally as important to me is not having heavy foundation when I'm in the heat and humidity when I travel for baseball games in the Midwest.
The blur balm eliminates that heavy makeup feel yet still provides coverage - win/win.
