    Great product

    Love this primer. It’s light weight and smooths out the skin nicely.

    I am disappointed that they have reduced the amount of product to half in the ttne but kept the same high price as the original product. Not okay!

    We also appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on our updated formula and packaging changes for our Pure Canvas Primer. We sincerely apologize for any frustration and disappointment you have experienced. We understand how frustrating it can be when packaging, quantity, and prices change on a beloved product. Unfortunately, modifications to products that affect quantity and price do occur from time to time.

    So while we did reduce the amount by 20 mL, please rest assured that the formulations have been enhanced to offer better performance and longer-lasting results. This means you will need to use less product to achieve the same, if not better, effects.

    Additionally, we have invested in higher-quality ingredients to improve the overall effectiveness and benefits of the primers. This investment is reflected in the price to ensure you receive the best possible product.

    We do want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase, so our customer service team would be happy to assist you in a return. We offer free returns on all of our products within 30 days of purchase.
